十月秋風起，楓港之意，意在風情懷鄉之落山風；邂逅於七星潭的巨河黑潮律動

巨河，黑潮是台灣非常重要的資源。盛夏蔚藍的海洋正是花蓮賞鯨時。台灣東海岸的黑潮孕育生命的繁衍遷徙，洋流牽引著海底下的魚群，交互的激盪而交織出緊密的生態環境，獨特且動人海上景象，賞鯨是花蓮海上觀光的圖騰。中秋節過後，東北季風的氣勢與恆春半島的地形形成落山風，是風翻山越嶺而下落。十月時節後東北風會與黑潮洋流對衝，經常巨浪濤濤。在佳樂水更能感受到。十月也是墾丁禽鳥過境期，以赤腹鷹最多．（黑潮的流速每小時3一10公里，最大流速可達每秒 1~1.5 公尺，黑潮寬度約為150公里，水質極少雜質，高水溫、高鹽度．落山風相當於8級風曾經目擊颳倒了行進中吉普車）。
奧秘的黑潮，畫夜不息流淌，給了海洋最動人景象，給了台灣無窮無盡的資源，在洋流與大氣的交互作用，影響沿岸陸地的氣候，是氣候的指標之一。

　　　　白藹藹的六角形的雪晶飄落在櫻花上，三月的春天空中飄浮下六棱柱形的雪晶，冰晶回歸大地，在姊妹潭的池畔旁倒映著花綻的美景。絢麗的日出，漫天的晚霞，千變的面貌，雪與櫻花奇特的相遇，演繹出繽紛精彩的風情．此時踩踏於大地的觸感，此刻慢歩慢行於森林、雲海中是最完美的感受。這是阿里山百年來唯一的三月雪，最美的三月雪．
